Plan Design and Implementation

The compliance testing and administrative procedures necessary to meet these regulations can seem overwhelming and can also pose strict consequences if not followed. We want to make sure that you understand the requirements and regulations associated with your plan and know how to use these to your best advantage while remaining in compliance with federal laws and regulations.

We have the knowledge and expertise to keep your retirement plan in compliance with federal laws and regulation and, should violations occur, provide you with methods of correction. The annual reporting and testing necessary to maintain your plan will be handled by our experienced staff. We will provide all required government forms and then file them on your behalf.

Plan Terminations

The termination of a retirement plan can be just as complicated as implementing one. Whatever the reason for termination, we will take you through the process step by step to make certain that all parties receive proper notification and benefits and distributions are appropriately handled. We will work with you to ensure that all requirements are completed in compliance with IRS laws.
